Physical Products

Orders for physical products are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Gem Mint Co is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Card Restoration Services

Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping their trading cards to Gem Mint Co.

Customers must provide both the inbound and return shipping labels for all restoration orders unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Please package your cards carefully to help prevent damage during transit. Gem Mint Co is not responsible for damage or loss that occurs while cards are being shipped to our facility.

Once restoration is complete, your cards will be returned using the shipping label you provided.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

After a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.

Gem Mint Co is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit. If your shipment is affected, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided, Gem Mint Co is not responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect address. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or if you believe there is an issue with your shipment, please contact Gem Mint Co within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
